You don't notice the pain in your back. When you come back to your senses, you realize the pain in your body. However, the good news is that there are some very simple solutions to help you avoid it!

  1. Take a break and stretch your muscles

        Do you have a tendency to hunched over during long diamond painting sessions? Of course, you are not the only one who has such a habit! Diamond painting is a fun activity, and it can be hard to keep track of the time when you're so excited to be immersed in it. If you hold a pose for too long, it can cause neck and back discomfort. It's time to take a break and stretch your shoulders and neck. In order to effectively supervise yourself to stretch on time, you can set an alarm clock to remind yourself to stretch.

  1. Try adding cushions to the chair

         Seasoned diamond painting enthusiasts, already experienced in relieving shoulder and neck soreness, have discovered a trick to use a wedge mount. This one seems to work with any chair without having to buy a new one. These cushions help relieve back pain by reducing pressure on your tailbone when you sit down. They can also help improve blood circulation, and the elevated height of the wedge pads also helps them avoid additional back pain if they sit for long periods of time.

        Alternatively, you can choose to use a desktop easel or a laptop stand, which can also be adjusted for height and tilt.
